- To be an instrumental team player in the day-to-day shop-floor functions within the boutique.
- Sell products and contribute to the growth of sales in the store.
- Maintain outstanding customer service as per Company standards.
- To further career growth and development within the brand through mastery of retail network practices and functions.
- To animate your specific department through focused leadership, leading departmental. trainings, providing structured feedback and building a strong client base. Key Responsibilities: 1. SALES AND PERFORMANCE
- To convert clients entering the boutique with a personalized welcome, identifying their expectations and by advising them on all product categories.
- To achieve sales targets (of the boutique and allocated department) through effective use of selling techniques, building clientele and product knowledge contributing to the global team performance.
- To demonstrate effective teamwork and leadership skills within the boutique and to assist in the coaching/training of sales teams on departmental collection trainings.
- To monitor and communicate through regular reporting fast/slow moving items, client preferences, seasonal demands and other relevant information to management. 2. CUSTOMER RELATIONS AND SERVICES
- To develop outstanding relationships with key clients and enhance the retail experience through superior customer service skills and product knowledge.
- Ensure the upkeep of the sale space and the image of the store and to offer feedback on ways to enhance visual merchandising of your department.
- Managing key sales and clients for the department, through the use of client books and the Be Dior system in order to optimize sales through enhancing these relationships. 3. BACK-OFFICE SUPPORT
- Contributing to stock management in coordination with administrative team. o Taking part in goods acceptance, pre-sale quality control and restocking after sales. o Carrying out, knowing and supervising product referencing and labeling of the assigned department. o Taking part in stock take and stock rotation.
- Efficiently carrying out delegated tasks
- Taking cash and handling tax and foreign currencies when required PROFILE Profile:
- Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree/Diploma in Business Administration.
- Minimum 5 years of working experience in retail industry; luxury industry is preferable.
- Arabic Speaker is preferred.
- Pleasant and good grooming skills.
- Strong communication skills.
- Passionate with fashion and luxury retail industry.
- Outstanding customer service.
- Manage time wisely in a fast-paced environment.
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods.
- Flexibility with work varied hours/days, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
