Job Purpose:

To ensure safe, timely, and accurate pick-up and delivery of shipments to and from clients, while maintaining a high level of customer service and adherence to company policies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect and deliver parcels, documents, and packages to assigned destinations within the specified timeframe.
• Ensure all deliveries are signed for and documentation is properly completed.
• Follow assigned delivery routes and schedules, reporting any delays or route changes.
• Handle returned shipments, undelivered items, or failed delivery attempts as per protocol.
• Maintain clear communication with dispatch and operations team regarding progress, issues, or special instructions.
• Inspect vehicle daily and ensure it is maintained in good working condition; report any mechanical issues immediately.
• Handle cash collections or payment-on-delivery responsibly.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Valid Bahrain driver’s license
• Proven experience as a delivery driver or courier is preferred
• Familiarity with GPS devices and local routes
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic reading and writing ability for logs and documentation
• Physically fit and able to handle packages of varying weights
