Job Description

Outlet Manager We are seeking a highly skilled and dynamic individual who possesses exceptional leadership qualities, with the ability to strategically manage our restaurant. What you will be doing:
  • Provide a creative and insightful approach to service and deliver memorable experiences to guests
  • Strategize on new products and service offerings
  • Engage, motivate and develop your team and create a positive workplace culture
  • Complete all administrative and planning elements for the department such as reporting, packages and promotions to drive revenue and increase exposure as well as  stocksand ordering
  • Lead, mentored and train the team
  • Ensure Food & Beverage relevant brand standards are maintained

Qualifications

Your experience and skills include:
  • Service focused personality is essential and previous leadership experience from luxury background required
  • Proven ability to build and maintain good relationships with all stakeholders
  • Communicate thoughts, actions and opportunities clearly with strong networking skills
  • Ability to lead by example, believe in a strong team culture and set the scene for high performance
