Job Description

Outlet Manager We are seeking a highly skilled and dynamic individual who possesses exceptional leadership qualities, with the ability to strategically manage our restaurant. What you will be doing:

Provide a creative and insightful approach to service and deliver memorable experiences to guests
Strategize on new products and service offerings
Engage, motivate and develop your team and create a positive workplace culture
Complete all administrative and planning elements for the department such as reporting, packages and promotions to drive revenue and increase exposure as well as stocksand ordering
Lead, mentored and train the team
Ensure Food & Beverage relevant brand standards are maintained

Qualifications

Your experience and skills include:

Service focused personality is essential and previous leadership experience from luxury background required
Proven ability to build and maintain good relationships with all stakeholders
Communicate thoughts, actions and opportunities clearly with strong networking skills
Ability to lead by example, believe in a strong team culture and set the scene for high performance
