RESPONSIBILITIES



Strategy




  • Awareness and understanding of the Group’s business strategy and model appropriate to the role.

  • Provide calendar management support including booking of internal/external meetings, conference and video calls.

  • Managing travel arrangements by arranging travel plans, itineraries, flights, airport transfers hotel bookings, visas and compiling documents for travel related meetings.

  • Assist in preparing travel and expense claims and invoice payment. Coordinate with Supply Chain and Finance team for invoice related queries.

  • Ensuring all invoices have been processed and vendors paid within the specified timelines.

  • Awareness and understanding of the wider business, economic and market environment in which the Group operates.
