Description The key purpose of this role is to lead the growth in Advisory with Purpose across KSA, driving new business development, getting left of customers and building a strong convertible pipeline. The role will also promote wider company capabilities in the Kingdom to shape opportunities outside of Aw P and within the Defence & Space, Transport and Citizen Services sectors. The role will report directly to the Chief Growth Officer (CGO) Middle East and have a dotted line to the Chief Digital Officer and Director Aw P. The Client Director will lead end-to-end growth aspirations:• Customer Engagement• Propositions• New Business Development• Pipeline Management With significant experience living and working in KSA, the successful candidate will have a proven track record of developing growth strategies to win new business and deliver challenging growth targets. You will have a natural consultancy style which constructively challenges the business and builds relationships at all levels of the organization and an understanding of the Middle East regional business environment from stakeholder behaviour to current contract circumstances. In order to be successful in this role, you will be a highly skilled influencer with excellent negotiation skills and have the ability to influence senior management, establish and maintain collaborative partnerships and provide thought leadership. Successful Applicant• Deliver sustainable growth in Advisory including ESG, Asset Management, Space, Strategy and Transformation.• Take responsibility and accountability for the growth of our Advisory business in Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and access other adjacent markets matching the company s capabilities• Working with the Director Advisory, take responsibility and accountability for delivering an effective Business Growth Strategy with particular focus on Strategy execution and Key Account Management.• Shape the long-term business development strategy of the Middle East region.• Perform research and investigation to gain insight and data to support the strategy development and design.• Drive client engagement programme to execute the strategy and ensure we are pre-positioned for pipeline and key opportunities.• Support Business Development in the shaping of markets by gaining early market intelligence through research and market analysis.• Develop and leverage capabilities across the company to meet new and future customer requirements.• Maintain knowledge of the company s market-place, customer trends & issues and associated solutions to facilitate the development of strategic opportunities.• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the Industry landscape including technological solutions, service offerings and delivery capabilities to facilitate high performing partnerships offering innovative solutions. Minimum Requirements:• Degree qualified or equivalent post-graduate training/qualification.• Minimum 10 years Corporate Growth Strategy experience for a company of similar industry and size• Minimum 5 years experience operating at an executive level• Previous experience in Leading large Bids within similar industries and sectors in the Middle East with particularly focus on KSA and the UAE• Evidence of successful completion of significant new business in similar sectors.• Knowledge of customer base (PIF entities, Giga Projects) and Advisory Services• Ability to manage a defined budget, ensuring cost efficiency and value for money; and to forecast and prepare team budget plans and manage the implementation of spend against agreed objectives.• Exposure to and interpretation of the financial management of simple and complex organisation.• Availability to travel across sites in the region, including relocate locations is essential Desired Candidate Profile Education: Any Graduation()Gender: nm Nationality: Any Nationality
