POSITION SUMMARY

Under the guidance of the Spa Management and within the limits of the Spa policies, ensure Spa Attendant team maintains the highest standards of hygiene and cleanliness in all aspects of the operation.

Responsibilities:

Conduct
To maintain a high standard of appearance and personal hygiene at all times as per Ritz-Carlton grooming standards. To be courteous to guests and other members of staff at all times. To be adaptable and accountable for all actions.

Duties

Responsible for Spa Attendant team at all times and ensuring they are fulfilling there job requirements, any issues must be reported to Spa management immediately. Responsible for monitoring the standards of cleanliness in the entire Spa in particular the changing rooms, toilets, showers, heat experiences plus relaxation & waiting areas. These areas should be kept neat, tidy and in accordance with the Spa management and Health & Safety guidelines and standards. Responsible for monitoring that all lockers are stocked with clean linen and amenities at all times. Responsible for ensuring that all soiled linens are removed from public areas and fresh linen is always available and presented as per Spa management standards. Responsible for ensuring all guests are guided to heat experiences and relaxation areas and Spa Attendants can explain facilities use. Responsible for ensuring the collection of fresh linen and the delivery of soiled linen to the laundry. To be responsible for stock inventory, ordering of guest amenities and cleaning supplies, to ensure cost effective use of supplies. To ensure reception attendance at Spa monthly departmental meetings and ensure weekly meetings happen with all reception staff to motivate and be aware of staff needs.

Training

Must adhere to training as set down Spa management. Must attend all training courses as deemed necessary by Spa Management.

Other

To assist with day to day running of the Spa. To assist all guests and other members of staff at all times. To attend to guests in both the relaxation room and waiting areas Assist with guest and members demonstrations and events. To perform any other duties deemed reasonable by Spa Management.
