Technical Recruiter – MENA Region (Bahrain/KSA National/Arabic Speaker) 
As a Technical Recruiter specializing in the Middle East region, you will play a crucial role in sourcing, evaluating, and attracting top talent for technical positions within this global SAP organization. Your primary responsibility will be to identify and recruit highly skilled professionals who possess the necessary technical expertise to meet the specific hiring requirements of our clients.  
 
Responsibilities:  
  1. Sourcing and Talent Acquisition: Utilize various sourcing techniques to identify and attract qualified candidates, including job portals, social media platforms, professional networks, and direct outreach. Proactively build a network of potential candidates within the technical industry in the Middle East.
  2. Candidate Screening and Evaluation: Review resumes and conduct initial screening to assess candidates' qualifications, technical skills, and relevant experience. Conduct detailed interviews to evaluate candidates' suitability for specific positions and verify their technical expertise.
  3. Collaboration with Management and Hiring Managers: Work closely with management and hiring managers to understand their technical staffing needs, develop job descriptions, and define candidate profiles. Collaborate in the selection process to ensure alignment between candidate qualifications and organization requirements.
  4. Pre-onboarding and Onboarding: Assist with handoff to HR for new employee pre-onboarding and onboarding and ensure a positive beginning for all new team members;
  5. Candidate Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, providing a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment cycle. Keep candidates updated on their application status and provide feedback when necessary.
  6. Market and Industry Research: Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, technologies, and skill sets within the technical industry in the Middle East. Conduct market research to identify market intelligence, such as salary trends, competitor analysis, and talent availability.
  7. Adherence to Compliance: Ensure compliance with relevant MENA laws, regulations, and company policies throughout the recruitment process, including data privacy and equal opportunity employment.
  8. Reporting and Documentation: Maintain accurate and comprehensive records of candidate interactions, interviews, and recruitment activities using applicant tracking systems or other designated tools. Generate recruitment reports as required.
Requirements:  
  • 0-2 years’ experience in HR or as a Technical Recruiter, preferably in the Middle East region, with a strong understanding of technical roles and expertise required in the local industry.
  • Knowledge of sourcing techniques and tools, including job boards, social media platforms, and professional networks.
  • Familiarity with technical skills and relevant qualifications for various technical positions.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, in English and Arabic as well.
  • Ability to effectively collaborate with hiring managers and build strong working relationships with candidates.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple recruitment assignments simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and other HR software tools.
  • A proactive, self-driven attitude with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
