About the job SM Community Management Specialist
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage, moderate, and engage with forward-facing communities on platforms including, but not limited to, Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok, LinkedIn and Etc.
- Increase community participation by driving campaigns, interacting and responding to user comments, managing contents, via online and offline channels
- Work with our internal teams and designers to set, plan, and execute social media and communication campaigns
- Independently set, plan, and execute social media and communication campaigns with materials generally available
- Create brand-aware text, image, and video content for social media and professional accounts (content creation)
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Marketing, Advertising/Media
- Strong writing and communication skills
- Lots of video and image editing experience
- Strong interpersonal and presentation skills
- Attention to detail and ability to identify and match the tonal and brand/project specific needs of projects
- Excellent time management skills
