Duties and Responsibilities:
- Operate the simulators and abide by the SOP respectively
- Responsible for operating a variety of technical equipment
- Receive/hand in the cash drawer from/to the treasury per shift.
- Attend the daily briefing held by the manager or team leader.
- Fill in the daily checklist and make sure there is enough replenishment for the day’s operations.
- Abide by the code of conduct (full uniform, personal hygiene, name tag, etc.)
- Abide by the Team Leader instructions and remarks.
- Report to Robocom on time (abide by the working hours).
- Ensure the safety of all Robocom guests.
- Maintain a positive attitude and behavior.
- Maintain good professional communication with operators, other departments, back-office, and guests.
- Report any damage, malfunction, incident, or injuries directly to the team leader.
- Be flexible for any needed switch between shifts.
- Maintain the working area’s image and cleanliness.
- Offer professional customer service.
- Provide extra care for children with special needs throughout the entire center.
- Clean all the equipment inside the park in a proper way.
- Monitor and discipline any misbehavior.
- Observe and monitor guests while playing.
Requirements:
- Age: 18 – 25
- Experience: Amusement parks / Educational centers / Scouts / Summer camps
- Languages: English – Arabic – French (Preferably all 3)
