Duties and Responsibilities:
- Receive/hand in the cash drawer from/to the treasury per shift.
- Attend the daily/weekly briefing held by the manager or team leader.
- Fill in the daily checklists required for Front Desk.
- Abide by the code of conduct (full uniform, personal hygiene, name tag, etc.)
- Abide by the Team Leader instructions and remarks.
- Report to Robocom on time (abide by the working hours).
- Maintain a positive attitude and behavior.
- Maintain good professional communication with operators, other cashiers, team leader and guests.
- Report any malfunction or mistake in the system directly to the team leader.
- Be flexible for any needed switch between shifts.
- Maintain the Front Desk’s image and cleanliness.
- Offer professional customer service and help with guest’s inquiries
- Offer helping hand to operators in rush hours
- Clean all the equipment inside the park in a proper way.
- Monitor and discipline any misbehavior from guests.
Requirements:
- Age: 18 – 25
- Experience: Cashier / Amusement parks / Educational centers / Scouts / Summer camps
- Languages: English – Arabic – French (Preferably all 3)
