Minimum 6 years of leadership experience in Michelin-starred fine dining restaurants located in Europe, Scandinavia, USA, or Asia Pacific . Proven track record of delivering exceptional guest experiences in high-end dining environments. Strong understanding of luxury service standards, wine knowledge, culinary trends, and fine dining etiquette.
