About the role Four Seasons Hotel Bahrain Bay is seeking a skilled and reliable Plumber to join our Engineering team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation, maintenance, and repair of the hotel's plumbing systems and equipment while upholding the highest standards of safety and guest satisfaction.

What you will do

• Inspect, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair plumbing systems throughout the hotel.
• Install and repair water supply lines, drainage systems, fixtures, valves, pumps, and related plumbing equipment.
• Respond promptly to guest and departmental maintenance requests.
• Perform preventive maintenance on plumbing systems to minimize downtime and operational disruptions.
• Monitor water systems and ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
• Diagnose plumbing issues and recommend effective solutions.
• Maintain accurate records of repairs, maintenance activities, and material usage.
• Work collaboratively with other Engineering team members to support hotel operations.
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies.

Desired Candidate Profile

What you bring

• Technical certification or diploma in Plumbing or a related trade.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in plumbing maintenance, preferably within a luxury hotel, resort, or large commercial facility.
• Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, pumps, valves, water heaters, and drainage systems.
• Ability to read technical drawings and maintenance manuals.
• Good English communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays when required.
