Responsibilities: * Greet customers and ascertain their automotive needs. * Advise customers on necessary repairs and maintenance, explaining technical issues clearly and concisely. * Prepare repair orders, ensuring accurate documentation of customer requests and vehicle information. * Liaise with technicians and workshop staff to schedule and monitor repairs. * Provide accurate estimates for repairs and services. * Keep customers informed of the progress of their repairs. * Handle customer queries and complaints professionally and efficiently. * Maintain up-to-date knowledge of vehicle specifications and service requirements. * Contribute to a positive and efficient team environment.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2-5 years of proven experience as a Service Advisor within the automotive industry.
