Desired Candidate Profile

• Evidence of up to date knowledge of teaching iGCSE & AS/A Level / Cambridge curriculum
• Understanding of the significance of the school ethos
• Understanding of the requirements of good classroom management
• Commitment to curriculum continuity between the phases
• Commitment to continuously updating and maintaining planning
• Meticulous record keeping of student records and intervention strategies
• Able to provide a practical commitment to an equal opportunities policy of inclusivity
• Ability to collaborate and work in a team
• At least two year s teaching experience in the specified subject / less will be considered on a case by case basis
• Evidence of previous successful teaching or of successful teaching placements
• Evidence of good personal relationships/ team player
• Evidence of experience of working with students who have challenges, both learning and behaviour
• Qualified teacher with a Bachelor degree in Business and Education
• Attested/Apostilled qualifications from the country in which you obtained the degree
• Evidence of involvement in continuing professional development(CPD) activities as a participant
• Applicant s compliance to supporting and upholding the school s Child Protection and Safeguarding Policy
• A Criminal Record Disclosure will be required prior to appointment.
