Feasibility and Development Manager – Hotel Group – Bahrain
Salary Package: BHD 2500-3000 inclusive of housing and transport + family status, flights, medical, visa
An exciting new role for an expert Feasibility and Development Manager, with a leading Hotel Group in Bahrain.
You will be actively engaged in the efforts to grow the Hotel Group portfolio. Support the company in setting strategic direction for hotel development efforts and retention of existing hotels.
Work as a team to support companies acquisition efforts at every phase of the deal process. Conduct market research and competitive assessment, formulate brand & facilities program recommendations, executive financial projections & feasibility reports.
Drive new hotel / business development, conduct competitive landscape research, and set development strategy for new brands/markets.
Analyse post-opening hotel performance, track competition and gather owner and real estate intelligence.
Requirements, Skills, and Attributes:
- BA or BS Degree; a concentration in finance or real estate is a plus.
- 3-5 years of Financial Analysis work experience at a hotel company, consulting firm, bank, brokerage, or real estate investment firm.
- Someone is organized and is excellent in presenting Financial Impact Models, Operating Forecast Models, Hotel Cash Waterfalls, Investment Return Analyses, and relevant sensitivity analyses.
- Good understanding of the real estate industry, including hotel valuation and investment analysis.
- Strong analytical skills and can take initiative to identify the strengths and weaknesses.
- Executive presence with the ability to work with and present to all levels of the organization.
- Are professional, strong interpersonal skills, has excellent communication and listening skills.
- Exceptional critical thinking, sound judgment, and strong business acumen.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
- Strong command of English language a must.
- Arabic language proficiency preferred.
