- Responsible for implementing workflow procedures based on direction from the company's General Manager.
- Supervising employees during day-to-day tasks, providing customer support in escalated situations and managing the overall workflow of a workplace.
- Develop strategies for better workplace efficiency and goal achievement.
Qualifications: A minimum of
2 year(s) of working experience is required. Candidates must be a
Bachelor's / College Degree holder in
Business Studies/Administration/Management; Hospitality/Tourism Management or similar fields.
