Director of Operations | Healthcare Catering

We're partnering with an expanding healthcare catering provider to appoint an experienced Director of Operations to lead a large-scale, multi-site catering operation in Bahrain.

We're looking for someone who has:

• Extensive senior leadership experience within healthcare, hospital, institutional or contract catering.
• A proven track record managing large, multi-site catering operations.
• Strong commercial and financial acumen with responsibility for budgets, P&L, and operational performance.
• Experience leading large, diverse teams and developing high-performing operational cultures.
• Excellent knowledge of food safety, quality assurance, HACCP, and healthcare compliance standards.
• The ability to build strong client relationships while consistently delivering service excellence.
• A continuous improvement mindset with experience implementing operational efficiencies and best practices.
