شركة رائدة في مجال البناء والتجهيزات تبحث عن مدير مشروع – تنفيذ الديكور الداخلي لإدارة مشاريع الديكور الداخلي الصغيرة من التخطيط حتى الإتمام. الدور مسؤول عن تنسيق أنشطة الموقع والمقاولين والموردين وجداول المشروع لضمان تسليم المشاريع في الوقت المحدد، ضمن الميزانية، وبالجودة والسلامة المطلوبة.
• إدارة ومرافقة مشاريع ديكور داخلي صغيرة من البداية وحتى التسليم النهائي.
• تخطيط جداول المشروع وتنسيق أنشطة الموقع والمقاولين والموردين.
• متابعة تقدم المشروع وجودة العمل والتكاليف والجداول الزمنية.
• مراجعة الرسومات والمواصفات والمتطلبات المواد لضمان تنفيذ سلس.
• إجراء زيارات موقع منتظمة لمتابعة التقدم وحل القضايا المتعلقة بالموقع.
• التأكد من اكتمال المشاريع بما يتماشى مع التصاميم المعتمدة ومعايير الجودة ومتطلبات السلامة.
• التنسيق مع المستشارين والمقاولين من الباطن وأصحاب المصلحة الداخليين طوال دورة حياة المشروع.
• مراجعة تكاليف المشروع وعروض المقاولين وأعمال التغيير عند الحاجة.
• إعداد تقارير وتحديثات التقدم المنتظمة للإدارة.
• الإشراف على اكتمال المشروع والتقاط الأخطاء والتسليم النهائي.
• درجة البكالوريوس أو الدبلوم في الهندسة المدنية أو إدارة الإنشاءات أو العمارة أو مجال ذي صلة.
• 3–5 سنوات من الخبرة في تنفيذ الديكور الداخلي أو إدارة مشاريع الإنشاءات الداخلية.
• خبرة في إدارة مشاريع ديكور داخلي صغيرة إلى متوسطة الحجم.
• معرفة جيدة بتنفيذ الموقع وتخطيط المشروع وتنسيق المقاولين والميزانية.
• مهارات قيادة وتواصل وحل مشكلات قوية.
• إجادة MS Office؛ الإلمام بـ AutoCAD وأدوات جدولة المشاريع ميزة.
• تنظيم قوي وقدرات إدارة الوقت.
• مهارات تواصل وإدارة أصحاب المصلحة قوية.
• القدرة على العمل تحت الضغط وإدارة مهام متعددة في آن واحد.
• الانتباه للتفاصيل والالتزام بالجودة.

A leading construction and fit-out company is seeking a Project Manager – Fit-Out Construction to manage small fit-out construction projects from planning to completion. The role is responsible for coordinating site activities, contractors, suppliers, and project timelines to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality and safety standards.
• Manage and supervise small fit-out construction projects from start to handover.
• Plan project schedules and coordinate site activities, contractors, and suppliers.
• Monitor project progress, quality of work, costs, and timelines.
• Review drawings, specifications, and material requirements to ensure smooth execution.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and resolve site-related issues.
• Ensure projects are completed in line with approved designs, quality standards, and safety requirements.
• Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Review project costs, contractor quotations, and variation work when required.
• Prepare regular progress reports and updates for management.
• Oversee project completion, snagging, and final handover.
• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in fit-out construction or interior construction project management.
• Experience managing small to medium-sized construction fit-out projects.
• Good knowledge of site execution, project planning, contractor coordination, and budgeting.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of AutoCAD and project scheduling tools is an advantage.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
