About the Role

As a Marketplace Project Fellow , you'll join our Project Management Track , helping shape one of Calo's fastest-growing business verticals. Marketplace is a dynamic part of our business, connecting customers with a growing ecosystem of products and services. As it continues to scale, so does the need for someone who can bring structure, alignment, and momentum to cross-functional initiatives. In this role, you'll become the dedicated project owner across Marketplace and Calo Now, working with teams across Product, Operations, Commercial, Customer Experience, Marketing, and more to identify opportunities, improve processes, and drive projects from idea to execution. Think of yourself as an internal consultant. You'll investigate how things work, uncover gaps, recommend improvements, and help turn those ideas into real outcomes that make the Marketplace stronger for both our customers and our teams.

What you'll be working on

• Lead and coordinate cross-functional projects across Marketplace and Calo Now.
• Identify operational gaps and recommend practical, scalable improvements.
• Work closely with stakeholders to align priorities and keep initiatives moving forward.
• Analyze workflows, identify bottlenecks, and improve operational processes.
• Track project timelines, milestones, risks, and outcomes.
• Prepare presentations, updates, and recommendations for leadership and key stakeholders.
• Take ownership of initiatives from discovery through implementation and continuous improvement.

Desired Candidate Profile

We're not looking for years of experience. We're looking for future operators and problem-solvers. You'll likely be a great fit if you:

• Recently graduated from high school or university.
• Have little or no professional experience but are excited to learn.
• Love solving complex problems and bringing order to ambiguity.
• Enjoy organizing projects, people, and ideas.
• Ask thoughtful questions before jumping to solutions.
• Communicate clearly and confidently with different people.
• Take ownership and follow through on commitments.
• Learn quickly and enjoy working in fast-paced environments where every day is different.
• Are curious about how businesses scale and continuously improve.

Experience with Google Workspace, Notion, Excel, project management tools, AI tools, or data visualization platforms is a plus, but absolutely not required.
