Roles & Responsibilities

We are looking for a skilled Steel Fixer to join our team in Bahrain. The ideal candidate will have 2 to 4 years of experience in steel fixing and a background in construction. Key Responsibilities: - Installing Steel Reinforcement: Measure, cut, bend, and install steel bars, rods, and mesh to reinforce concrete structures, ensuring they are fit for purpose according to plans and specifications. - Reading Blueprints: Study and interpret drawings and blueprints to determine the exact specifications required for each project, ensuring accuracy in the installation process. - Assembling Steel Structures: Join steel sections using binding wire and tying methods, ensuring they are secure and stable for construction needs. - Ensuring Safety Compliance: Follow safety standards and procedures to maintain a safe work environment, minimizing accidents and protecting both yourself and your colleagues. - Maintaining Clean Worksite: Keep the work area organized and free from hazards, cleaning up any debris or tools that may pose risks to safety.
