Job description

  • Visit supermarkets, cafés, restaurants, and retail outlets to introduce our brands
  • Secure product placements, collaborations, and consignment opportunities
  • Identify and approach new sales channels and distribution points
  • Support expansion into kiosks and small retail concepts
  • Coordinate sampling, tastings, and basic activations
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with partners
  • Gather market insights, customer feedback, and competitor observations
  • Support B2B sales growth
  • Work closely with the marketing team to align on campaigns and on-ground execution
  • Assist outlets in generating walk-in traffic and awareness when needed


Skills

  • Currently based in Bahrain
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Previous experience in field marketing, sales, or similar roles
  • Familiarity with local market, suppliers, and retail landscape
  • Existing connections/network is a strong advantage
  • Energetic, proactive, and comfortable working outdoors daily
  • Basic understanding of marketing and sales concepts
  • Able to work independently and report clearly
  • Must have a valid driving licence
