Employment: Full Time
1. This role is critical to the institute's success and requires someone with a combination of strategic vision, operational expertise, business development acumen and industry insight.

2. Ensure the delivery of IATA Foundation, Air Cargo -Introductory and other, certified courses that meets global standards.

3. Monitor curriculum updates, student performance, and feedback for continuous improvement

4. Manage trainers and other staff and facilities

5. Ensure compliance of all statutory requirements by the academy and staff and maintain highest training quality standards.

6. Develop marketing strategies and drive sales activities to achieve enrollment and revenue targets and responsible for P & L .

7. Identify new opportunities for courses and partnerships to enhance offerings

8. Organize events such as seminars, workshops, and industry meet-ups to attract prospective students.

9. Build and maintain relationships with industry partners and stakeholders, including airlines, travel agencies, and other organizations.

10. Ensure placement of all students in relevant roles in the industry
