Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategies to improve production efficiency and reduce operational costs.
• Conduct regular audits and assessments of processes to identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with project managers and clients to ensure compliance with technical specifications and standards.
• Provide technical support and training to staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
• Manage and supervise the maintenance of equipment and machinery to minimize downtime.
• Ensure all safety protocols are followed within the operations.
• Prepare and present technical reports to upper management as required.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to ensure the company remains competitive.

Skills

Essential Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Strong technical knowledge and understanding of RMC production processes.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Proficient in relevant software applications and tools.

Desired Experience:

• Minimum of 5 years and maximum of 14 years of experience in a technical management role within the construction or concrete industry.
• Proven experience in managing teams and projects successfully.
• Experience with quality assurance and compliance in concrete delivery and production.
