Job Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee the technical operations of RMC (Ready Mix Concrete) to ensure high-quality production and delivery services.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve production efficiency and reduce operational costs.
- Conduct regular audits and assessments of processes to identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with project managers and clients to ensure compliance with technical specifications and standards.
- Provide technical support and training to staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Manage and supervise the maintenance of equipment and machinery to minimize downtime.
- Ensure all safety protocols are followed within the operations.
- Prepare and present technical reports to upper management as required.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to ensure the company remains competitive.
Skills
Essential Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Strong technical knowledge and understanding of RMC production processes.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Proficient in relevant software applications and tools.
Desired Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years and maximum of 14 years of experience in a technical management role within the construction or concrete industry.
- Proven experience in managing teams and projects successfully.
- Experience with quality assurance and compliance in concrete delivery and production.
