Our Client a Telecommunication Company is looking for a talented Outdoor SME Sales Executive (Products: Broadband, Fiber, Postpaid & Prepaid)
Duties & Responsibilities:
- To sell the Telecom Companys Business Small & Medium Enterprise plans, products and its services to SME markets in Bahrain.
- Acquisition of new customer accounts and subscriptions.
- To perform Outdoor Sales duties and meet assigned monthly, quarterly and yearly individual targets.
- To ensure necessary paperwork, compliance, follow up to getting opportunities/deals validated and delivered.
- Accountable for providing proper documents, signatures and meeting customer expectations of Company products & Services.
- Attend customer meetings, calls, emails and texts to provide product information, front-end process and set the right expectations.
- Engage with other Company departments in fulfilling customer or business requirements.
- Act as a single point of contact for customer’s while opportunity is in funnel to provided stage.
- To ensure updating Company system with all relevant customer engagement activities for future records and communications.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Minimum Diploma degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, or equivalent from a recognized university.
- Minimum 2 years of Sales experience in telecom (service providers), or any other service industry.
