  •  Efficient OperationDevelop a business plan and strategies for the market that ensure meeting the sales and after-sales goals.
  •  Foster a strong relationship with existing and potential clients, and resolve any customer query escalations.
  •  Monitor the performance of the sales and after-sales to ensure they cater top-notch services to our clients.
  •  Manage the training programs for the team to maximize product knowledge.
  •  Provide timely and effective solutions aligned with the client's needs.
  •  Liaise with the marketing department to ensure brand consistency.
  •  Delegate authority and responsibility with accountability and follow-up.
  •  Handle and resolve customer complaints escalations.
  •  Prepare sales budgets and projections and approve expenditures.
  •  Develop and implement new sales and service initiatives, strategies, and programs.
  •  Manage the team effectively to ensure they can perform their job roles independently.


Skills

  •  Manage recruitment, objectives setting, coaching, and performance monitoring of sales, and service team.
  •  Ensure the sales team is utilizing the CRM to its fullest capacity.
  •  Ensure the technical knowledge is up to date for the product ranges.
  •  Provide strategic vision, planning, and operational leadership to ensure the continued growth of the company’s market share, revenue, and visual presence in the market.
  •  Propose solutions that align with the client’s needs, goals, and objectives.
