This unique project consists of major mixed-use development including sports facilities, entertainment, and arts along with all associated infrastructure. Mace is one of the delivery partners requiring high-caliber and experienced professionals to lead integrated teams throughout each phase of the project. Your Responsibilities Will Include Working with the project team security company and all security department directors to ensure all project security integration requirements within communities, sectors, and regions are identified, designed, and implemented.<br/><br/>Developing a program management policy to ensure the consistent approach to and delivery of security sector programs and projects, including budget and operating plan.<br/><br/>Providing program and project Management leadership and a best-practice delivery approach across all proof-of-concept projects and security initiatives.<br/><br/>Aligning with the project policy and processes for procurement and contract management to ensure; project and program benefits are defined and delivered, critical interfacing supporting functions (such as legal, finance, and procurement) are fully engaged, and preparation of PQQ, RFP, tender scheduling documents to drive all identified security initiatives, projects, and contracted resources effectively and efficiently.<br/><br/>Managing and collaborating with the various project functions (legal, finance, procurement, technical) and managing the program delivery and contract award/management to a high standard, in accordance with procurement and commercial policy.<br/><br/>Collaborating with the commercial and procurement teams to support the correct procurement and delivery of services and items to specification and to contractual standards.<br/><br/>Assisting in security department budget development and monitoring budget vs actual spending across all proof-of-concept projects and associated deliverables.<br/><br/>Contributing to and understanding all security requirements of the project, in order to develop appropriate program/project management and contractual approaches with suppliers in line with local, international, and project regulations.<br/><br/>Developing a positive collaborative relationship with project communities to ensure alignment and integration of security projects and capabilities.<br/><br/>Designing the most appropriate governance models for steering and working groups at program and project levels.<br/><br/>Developing and implementing an integrated approach to program/project delivery and wider project security capability development across the project security portfolio.<br/><br/>Contributing to business case development, conducting program/project business case review and assurance in accordance with project legal, finance, and procurement policy.<br/><br/>Developing program and project delivery schedules, and identifying key milestone/contract deliverables that are aligned with interfacing programs/projects, dependencies, and customers/suppliers.<br/><br/>Working collaboratively with security department directors to develop a process for project prioritization, business case approval, and initiation.<br/><br/>Developing and implementing issue and risk management policies and processes to support program and project delivery and escalation activities.<br/><br/>Developing key performance indicators for projects to ensure delivery/realization of project benefits to cost, time, and quality.<br/><br/>Developing best-practice reflective learning and change management processes.<br/><br/>Developing and implementing program/project reporting processes.<br/><br/>Managing with director, commercial, and security industry engagement, attending industry/supplier functions, such as association events and conferences, and providing feedback and information on the market, provider initiatives, and trends.<br/><br/>About You You have a master's degree in Business Administration and/or Defense and Security Management, Program/Project Management Qualification, and have requirements management (desirable). You are experienced in Business to Business (B2 B) and Business to Government (B2 G), and you have an understanding and experience in the Defense and Security industry, and International and Middle East professional experience. You have experience in the defense and military company industry. You are digitally savvy, can build lasting client relationships, and lead strong, motivated teams.
