We are seeking an accomplished and creative Sous Chef with a strong background in fine dining to elevate our culinary offerings and provide a premium dining experience. The ideal candidate should possess a refined palate, exceptional culinary skills, and a passion for creating exquisite dishes. The Sous Chef will work closely with the Executive Chef to curate and execute a sophisticated menu, ensuring the highest standards of quality, presentation, and guest satisfaction.



Responsibilities:



  • Culinary Excellence:



  • Collaborate with the Executive Chef in developing and executing a refined and innovative fine dining menu.
  • Ensure all dishes meet the highest standards of quality, taste, and presentation.
  • Lead by example in maintaining precision and artistry in food preparation techniques.

  • Menu Planning and Development:



  • Contribute to menu planning by introducing creative and unique dishes.
  • Stay updated on culinary trends, premium ingredients, and seasonal offerings to enhance the menu.

  • Kitchen Leadership:



  • Supervise and inspire kitchen staff to achieve excellence in every aspect of food preparation and presentation.
  • Foster a collaborative and positive kitchen environment that promotes creativity and teamwork.

  • Quality Control:



  • Uphold meticulous standards of cleanliness, sanitation, and food safety.
  • Conduct regular inspections to ensure ingredients and final dishes meet the highest quality standards.

  • Guest Interaction:



  • Collaborate with the front-of-house team to understand guest preferences and provide personalized dining experiences.
  • Be available for interactions with guests to explain dishes, receive feedback, and enhance the overall dining experience.

  • Training and Development:



  • Train and mentor kitchen staff to enhance their culinary skills and ensure consistency in food preparation.
  • Conduct ongoing training sessions to keep the team updated on new techniques and menu items.
