- Provides general office support with a variety of clerical activities and related tasks.
- He/She will be responsible for mail distribution
- dispatching of couriers, flow of email correspondence
- filing of emails
- documents physically and electronically,
- requisition of supplies, typing
- taking dictations
- occasionally answering incoming calls as well as additional admin duties.
- 1 year + work experience in performing similar duties.
- Minimum requirement: High school diploma + Basic computer skills in MS office packages, namely; MS Word, MS Excel and MS Outlook.
- Should be proficient in written and spoken English & Arabic.
