Job responsibilities:

  • Provides general office support with a variety of clerical activities and related tasks.
  • He/She will be responsible for mail distribution
  • dispatching of couriers, flow of email correspondence
  • filing of emails
  • documents physically and electronically,
  • requisition of supplies, typing
  • taking dictations 
  • occasionally answering incoming calls as well as additional admin duties.

Work experience:

  • 1 year + work experience in performing similar duties.

Skills/ Education:

  • Minimum requirement: High school diploma + Basic computer skills in MS office packages, namely; MS Word, MS Excel and MS Outlook.
  • Should be proficient in written and spoken English & Arabic.
