  • Description & purpose:
  • The Senior Interior Designer is a highly experienced interior designer responsible for managing multiple projects ranging from small to large sized projects of basic to complex scope with minimal supervision including full architectural solutions in coordination with an architect. T
  • his Senior Interior Designer is responsible for the highest level of Interior Design outcomes, completing projects with accuracy and creativity while monitoring project performance within contract hours and meeting or exceeding customer expectations. Skills, experience and qualifications:

  • - Professional certification e.g. Certified Interior Designer.
  •  - Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
  •  - 3‐5 Work experience in the sector.
  •  - IELTS certificate with minimum grade of 6.0
  •  - Ability to use AUTOCAD 2015‐2019 on an advanced level.
  •  - Ability to use 3DSMAX 2012‐2017 on a novice level.
  •  - Strong Background with Google suite and how to use it.
  •  - Strong IT literacy. 
  •  - Must be able to meet clients, lead managing project deliverables, staff and consultants.
  •  - Strong communicator, collaborative, detail oriented and organized.
  •  - Interpret program requirements, develop block plans, adjacency diagrams and detailed designs.
  •  - Complete business and project forms, understanding contracts for services.
  •  - Survey building interiors.
  •  - Research; resourceful in able to obtain project information; fabrics, furniture, architectural elements.
  •  - Prepare plans, specifications and bid packages.
  •  - Develop detailed furniture plans specifications and bid packages.
  •  - Develop project schedules.
  •  - Develop documentation at an excellent production level.
  • - Ability to use REVIT on an advance level. - Design and construction process and sequence.
  • - Interior architecture and detailing for preparation of construction documents.
  • - Construction Administration experience: RFI’s, submittal review, field observation.
