Grade Manager

 

Package To be determined (please advise the expectation of the candidates) Main responsibilities Responsibilities in respect of Soft-Collection Pursuant to its first objective: RMU is responsible the following:

  • Monitor all amounts dues on daily basis and initiating appropriate action
  • Ensure that all over dues are paid at the earliest
  • Develop appropriate MIS for the Management of the Bank
  • Maintain sufficient records of remedial actions taken
  • Prepare impact analysis and scenario analysis Responsibilities in respect of Remedial Pursuant to its second objective, RMU is responsible the following:
  • Design work out strategies to maximize recoveries from impaired financings within the parameters of all legal, regulatory and internal policies.
  • Formulate specific action plans incorporating alternative restructuring/rescheduling or exit strategies aimed towards resolving the overdue exposures through all means possible within the shortest practical time.
  • Initiate and follow up on legal proceedings against defaulters.
  • Follow up with guarantors (including Tamkeen) for recoveries and payments, where applicable,.
  • Conducting periodic reviews (at least quarterly) of the remedial accounts.
  • Assesse adequacy of provision requirements of the remedial accounts within the Bank’s related policies on grading and provisions.
  • Provide regular updates on the status of the accounts with RMU to the Management.
  • Ensure accuracy of the Bank’s reporting and disclosures relating to non-performing assets and their relevant provisions.


Job Requirements Education & Experience:

  • Bachelors in business related degree.
  • Minimum 7 years’ experience in banking and financial services industry. Specific Requirements:
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (English and Arabic language skills), including the ability to manage negotiations and influence people.
  • Good skills in report writing.
  • Able to function in high pressured and fast paced environment.
  • Good analytical and numerical skills.
  • Ability to work within a flexible schedule and set deadlines.
  • Strong self-confidence and courtesy to deal with a customers.
  • Professional appearance and manner. Good knowledge of regulations and laws on loans and debt settlement.
