The Opportunity
 
You will play an active role in our continued success by providing a high level of project management support to the Senior Director of F&B Marketing & PR EMEA.

As the Hilton F&B Marketing intern, your activities will include:

• Supporting the Senior Director of F&B Marketing & PR with project management.
• Working with the social media agency that runs @Taste of Hilton to manage the content calendar.
• Working directly with the graphic design agency on retainer to support the EMEA F&D team.
• Managing the internal communications calendar.
• Helping to produce the professional presentations for the F&B leadership senior team.
• Supporting F&D team with playbook and commercial tool creation.
• Manage F&B marcomms centric meetings, schedule, and agenda to maximise the attendance and quality of discussions with appropriate action minutes taken and following up to ensure action.

What are we looking for?

As with any job, we do have certain criteria that you will need to meet to be considered for one of these highly sought-after opportunities. These are detailed as follows;  
 

• First and foremost, Hilton is a hospitality company and we are looking for individuals with a strong sense of alignment to our culture and values. 
• You must have graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in the last 12-18 months. 
• You must be able to undertake a full-time (40 hours per week) 12-month graduate internship, from July 2024. 
• Marketing related degree is preferred; however, we will consider applicants from other disciplines provided you are able to demonstrate a strong desire to progress a career in this area.
• We are ideally looking for a candidate who has worked in a multicultural environment.
• We are looking for a candidate who is locally based in the UAE and will not require a visa to work full-time in Dubai. 
• Must be fluent in English (speaking, reading and writing). 
• Have a passion for the Food & Drink industry.
• Have a passion for content creation.
• Have a positive and dynamic character.
• Exceptionally organised and comfortable prioritising tasks and working to deadlines. 
• Effective planning & project management skills and capabilities. 
• Sound knowledge of job-related information technology (i.e., Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
