What We’re Looking For

You should hold a recognised qualification in Beauty Therapy, Massage Therapy, Spa Therapy or a related discipline, with relevant professional certification where applicable. We are looking for an enthusiastic, polished and professional team member who consistently delivers exceptional service and strives to exceed guest expectations.

You will have a genuine passion for the beauty, health and wellness industry and take pride in creating personalised and memorable experiences for every guest. Previous experience delivering spa treatments within a luxury hotel, resort or premium spa environment will be highly regarded. Experience with recognised luxury skincare and spa product brands and treatment protocols is an advantage.

In this role, you will deliver a range of professional massage, body and facial treatments, tailoring each experience to the individual needs and preferences of our guests while maintaining the luxury service standards of InterContinental Bahrain. You will also contribute to achieving spa treatment and retail objectives, recommend appropriate treatments and products, and work collaboratively with the team to ensure every guest journey is seamless, relaxing and memorable.

You will support the smooth daily operation of the spa by maintaining the highest standards of hygiene, cleanliness and presentation, preparing treatment rooms and facilities, assisting with reception and guest enquiries when required, and completing opening and closing procedures.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, excellent attention to detail, professional grooming, and the ability to remain calm and organised in a fast-paced luxury hospitality environment are essential. A positive team attitude, genuine care for our guests and commitment to delivering luxury service with a personal touch will be key to succeeding in this role.
