Roles and Responsibilities:

- Keep and maintain an accurate record of papers and electronics correspondence
- Take care of working space and keep it always clean and organized
- Filing and Document Control
- Filter general information and phone calls
- Typing and Document Preparation (Arabic & English)

Key Requirements:

- University graduate
- Previous experience is a plus
- Computer skills are critical (internet surfing, and Microsoft office /word/excel/power point etc.)
- Ability to process sensitive data with confidentiality
- Languages: Professional Arabic, English and French – Written and spoken
- Professional behavior and decent business dress code awareness are crucial
