Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist - (Tech & Mass hiring)

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Investigate and determine employee needs
  • Develop sustainable talent acquisition and hiring plans and strategies
  • Source and find qualified candidates for open positions
  • Perform analysis of hiring needs and provide employee hiring forecast
  • Design, plan and execute selection processes (conduct interviews and screening calls, etc...)
  • Reviews employment applications and background check reports
  • Find bottlenecks in the recruiting process and work on solving them
  • Plan procedures for improving the candidate experience
  • Use sourcing methods for hard-to-fill roles
  • Attend career and college fairs, and similar events

 


What will make you fit for this job:3+ years of previous experience in recruitment is a must.Experience in Volume Hiring.Experience in full-cycle hiring [advertising, headhunting, interviewing, salary negotiation]Hands-on experience with HR Recruitment ATS.Familiarity with different interviewing techniques and methodologiesSharp emotional intelligence and ability to work with different types of peopleImpeccable communication and organizational skills
