Leverage digital channels and technologies to reach target audiences, optimize campaign performance, and achieve marketing objectives.Responsibilities1-     Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement a comprehensive digital marketing strategy aligned with the company's business goals and objectives.2-     Oversee the management and enhancement of the company's online presence across various digital platforms, including the website, social media channels, and online directories.3-     Develop compelling and engaging digital content, including website copy, blog posts, social media posts, and multimedia assets, optimized for search engines and audience engagement.4-     Implement SEO best practices to improve organic search visibility and drive traffic to the company's website, including keyword research, on-page optimization, and link-building strategies.5-     Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across digital channels, such as Google Ads, social media advertising platforms, and display networks, to increase brand awareness and generate leads.6-     Develop and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads, engage customers, and promote company products and services, utilizing segmentation, personalization, and automation techniques.7-     Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to assess the effectiveness of digital marketing initiatives, identify areas for improvement, and optimize campaign performance.8-     Implement strategies to generate high-quality leads and optimize conversion rates throughout the sales funnel, leveraging tools such as landing pages, lead magnets, and marketing automation.9-     Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify market trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape, and use insights to inform digital marketing strategies.10-  Manage digital marketing budgets effectively, allocate resources efficiently, and optimize spending to maximize return on investment (ROI) and achieve marketing objectives.Qualifications·        Bachelor’s degree in journalism, English, communications, marketing, or a related field.·        8+ years of Marcom experience; in IT services companies with visible brand·        Professional certifications such as American Marketing Association or equivalent·        Experience using Design applications (Illustrator, Photoshop, PDF Professional, Canva,Google Ads, SEO, Platform X, and LinkedIn Ads)Preferred Skills·        Analytical skills.·        Communication and interpersonal skills.·        Attention to detail for precise analysis of data.·        Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.·        People leadership and managerial skills
