Easy Facility Management is looking for a motivated and experienced Contract Support Administrator to join our team.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with all project requirements.
- Prepare and organize necessary documentation.
- Negotiate contract terms with internal and external business partners
- Assist in developing project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Record and distribute meeting minutes.
- Conduct clerical and administrative tasks, including data entry.
- Coordinate internally with different departments and project stakeholders.
- Register suppliers and ensure completion of official documentation.
- Coordinate with procurement and finance for timely and accurate processing of project-related expenses
Bachelor’s degree in project management, Business Administration, or related field.+5 years’ experience in Facility or Administration management.Proficiency in English and Microsoft Office suite.Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.Experience with Facilities, Operations, and Project Management are a must in FM industry.
