• Conduct weekly meetings with respective business units.
• Consult with line management providing HR guidance when appropriate.
• Analyze trends and metrics in partnership with the Talent Management function to develop solutions, programs and policies.
• Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues.
• Works closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, increase productivity and retention.
• Develop & maintain right manpower planning for respective business units and provide input on business unit restructures, workforce planning, succession planning and report back to the HR Director.
• Identify training needs for business units and report back to the HR Director & talent management function.
• Evaluate and monitor success of training programs and report feedback to the Talent Management function.
• Responsible for recruitment for their business units in collaboration with talent management functions.
• Implement HR policies & procedures and revert back with input on improvement ideas.
• Implement the performance management system, track performance & identify gaps.
5+ years of experience in HRBP.Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related fieldExcellent verbal and written communication skills.Excellent Leadership skillshave experience in mass hiringAnalytical, Reporting & Presentation Skills.resident in Obour & 10th of Ramadan or nearest areas are preferred .
