Quick starters preferred -A new opportunity has arisen for a seasoned Sales & Marketing Manager to join this modern 5* boutique hotel in Bahrain. We are seeking a commercially astute hospitality professional with a strong track record in driving revenue, developing key accounts and delivering impactful sales and marketing strategies across a competitive market.

Requirements:

• Gulf location experience
• Arabic speaker
• Quick starters preferred
• Minimum five years of relevant hotel sales and marketing experience, including at least two years in a managerial position.
• A proven record of generating new business, developing productive accounts and achieving measurable revenue results and not only maintaining an inherited client portfolio.
• Experience in luxury, lifestyle or boutique hotels is preferred.
• Practical experience coordinating marketing campaigns, promotional activity and external agencies.
• Strong commercial judgement, negotiation, presentation, relationship-management and written communication skills.
