Roles & Responsibilities

• Identify, develop, and close new enterprise business opportunities across ICT solutions (ERP, Cloud, Cybersecurity, Networking, Infrastructure, Managed Services).

• Manage and grow relationships with existing enterprise accounts, ensuring high customer satisfaction and repeat business.

• Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline using SAP CRM, with accurate forecasting and reporting.

• Work closely with pre-sales, technical, and vendor teams to develop tailored customer proposals.

• Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations in both English and Arabic.

• Stay updated on market trends, competitor activity, and emerging technologies (AI, Cloud, Cybersecurity) to identify new opportunities.

• Prepare and submit tenders/proposals in coordination with the bids team.

• Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and customer engagements.

Desired Candidate Profile

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in business, IT, Engineering, or related field.

• Minimum 3+ years of experience in Enterprise ICT / B2B technology sales.

• At least 2–3 years of local market experience in Bahrain .

• Proven track record of achieving/exceeding sales targets in an enterprise/B2B environment.

• Strong understanding of ICT products and solutions (hardware, software, cloud, cybersecurity).

• Valid sales certification from at least one major technology vendor — Microsoft, Dell, Cisco, Apple, Fortinet, SAP, or an equivalent recognized vendor certification.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Required Skills & Attributes

• Native Arabic speaker, with fluent English (spoken and written).

• Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.

• Strong presentation and consultative selling skills.

• Familiarity with SAP CRM or similar CRM tools is an advantage.
