Dear Candidate, We are looking for " Production Supervisors " for our Bahrain Office. Role & responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and motivate joinery teams across workshop and site operations
- Plan daily work, allocate tasks, and ensure strict adherence to project timelines
- Interpret technical drawings and ensure accurate, high-quality production and installation
- Oversee materials, tools, and machinery (including CNC equipment where applicable)
- Coordinate with project managers, other trades, and clients as required
Desired Candidate Profile
- Hands-on joinery/carpentry experience
- Proven Supervisory or lead-hand experience in a joinery manufacturing or interior fit-out environment
- Strong ability to read and interpret technical drawings
