Roles & Responsibilities
Supervise repair and maintenance activities of concrete pumps and related equipment.
Conduct initial inspections and verify reported defects and maintenance requirements.
Assign tasks to mechanics according to job complexity and urgency.
Guide and support technicians in troubleshooting and fault diagnosis.
Ensure compliance with safety procedures and workshop standards.
Assess spare parts requirements and verify the necessity of replacements.
Review and approve material requests for accuracy and completeness.
Open job cards in the system, ensure all required information is accurately entered, and monitor updates through to job completion and closure.
Coordinate external repairs when work cannot be completed in-house.
Monitor job progress and ensure timely completion of maintenance activities.
Maintain maintenance records and provide technical feedback to management.
