The Role We’re looking for a motivated HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from sourcing candidates to onboarding successful hires. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and help attract high-quality talent across multiple roles.???? What You’ll DoManage full-cycle recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements and hiring strategies Source candidates using job boards, social media, Linked In, and talent databases Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments Schedule and coordinate interviews with stakeholders Maintain applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment records Build and maintain talent pipelines for key roles Support employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process Track recruitment metrics and provide hiring reports✅ What We’re Looking For Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Communications, or related field1–4 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR support roles Strong communication and interpersonal skills in English Familiarity with ATS platforms (e.g., Workday, Greenhouse, Lever, or similar) is a plus Ability to source candidates effectively using Linked In and job portals Strong organizational and time-management skills Ability to handle multiple open roles simultaneously Customer-focused, proactive, and detail-oriented mindset Understanding of recruitment best practices and interview techniques????
