Responsible for Saudi & Turkey clusters different HR needs including but not limited to: recruiting, onboarding, compensation and benefits, training, employee performance, labor relations, government relations, participating and leading HR projects, HR policy work, HR tasks such as talent acquisition, legal and labor relations and other assigned HR tasks
Roles & Responsibilities
- Identify and implement opportunities for improvement of core HR service delivery
- Serve as a resource to both managers and associates by providing policy, systems, and procedure interpretation.
- Support the creation & development of HR policies and process.
- Manage talent acquisition full cycles and partner with managers to fill recruitment needs.
- Support effective on-boarding of new hires and effective integration into the business as led by the Line Manager.
- Support actions of the wider HR team including related projects and regional HR initiatives.
- Mitigate organizational risk by ensuring compliance with all employment laws.
- Actively participate in business and human resource projects as required.
- Perform other duties as needed and as assigned by line and dotted Manager.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- 5 years related experience
- English, Arabic and Turkish speaker
- Fluent English reading and writing
- Willing to travel 1 to 2 days a week to Dammam, Saudi
