KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• ML Engineering: Full Machine Learning life cycle from data exploration and pre-processing to selecting and training models.

• Engineering AI Solutions: Design, code, deploy, monitor and optimize AI-driven solutions.

• Analytics Design: Propose and build data analytics for decision-making.

• Product Ideation: Contribute to the ideation of AI-powered products.

MUST-HAVE SKILL

• Master's or Ph.D. in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning or a related field.

• Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in developing and deploying AI and machine learning models.

• Strong programming skills in Python and SQL.

• Proficient in AI and machine learning libraries and frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch).

• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) for AI and machine learning applications.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

NICE-TO-HAVE SKILLS

• Cloud certifications demonstrating expertise in cloud-based AI and ML.

• Experience with startup culture – adaptability to the fast-paced, ever-changing environment.

• Exposure to client-facing roles and understanding client needs in the context of AI and ML solutions.
