Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Head Chef at The Bossman. The Head Chef will be responsible for leading the kitchen team, creating and executing innovative menus, ensuring food quality and presentation, managing inventory and food costing, and maintaining a safe and efficient kitchen environment.

- Culinary expertise and experience in Italian Fusion cuisine
- Menu development and culinary creativity skills
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Knowledge of food safety standards and kitchen operations
- Menu planning and costing experience
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
- Culinary degree or relevant certification is a plus
