Role Overview:

  • The Senior Sales Supervisor will oversee sales operations in Bahrain, ensuring that sales strategies are executed effectively, and targets are achieved. This role requires a dynamic leader with in-depth knowledge of the FMCG non-food sector, excellent leadership capabilities, and a proven track record of driving sales success.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the sales team, providing coaching and support to ensure both individual and team targets are met.
  • Assist the sales team in achieving their assigned targets and objectives.
  • Develop and implement sales plans to ensure market penetration, maximize coverage, and drive business growth.
  • Monitor sales performance, analyze market and sales data, and provide actionable insights to enhance outcomes.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers, modern trade outlets, and key pharmacy chains.



Skills

  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
