We are urgently seeking a highly talented and driven Sales Manager with a history of successful B2B IT sales and sales team leadership to join a multinational, industry-leading Cloud, Digital and Information & Communication Technology Services Company, based in their Bahrain office. Responsibilities: • Lead Sales and Business Development team, assuring sales targets are met. • New business development via prospecting, qualifying, selling, and closing deals. • Generate and drive sales and sales activities. • Manage client relationships through all phases of the sales cycle • Stay abreast of market conditions, new technologies and business opportunities, regularly reporting to your Regional Director. • Provide a consultative sales process to prospects. • Deliver exciting sales presentations. Required skills: • Arabic & English Speaker • Overall 10+ years of experience in IT business-to-business solution selling – focused on digital, cloud, IoT, sustainability, data solutions. • Excellent communication skills, written and spoken, • A proven track record of success including customer success stories. • Self-starter with exceptional motivation & drive.
