Group Human Resources Specialist

The client is a leading company in the Telecom Industry. They are looking for a Group Human Resources Specialist that has hands on Talent Acquisition and Specialist to facilitate the sourcing, identification, screening, and recruitment of individuals for diverse roles within our organization. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication and organizational skills, along with a minimum of 5 years of comprehensive experience in overseeing the entire employee lifecycle management. The candidate should be Bahraini Male.

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to ascertain staffing needs across various departments across all Kalaam Group.
  • Establish selection criteria by consulting with managers and staff members.
  • Source potential candidates through online platforms like LinkedIn and professional networks.
  • Craft job descriptions and interview questions tailored to each position's requirements.
  • Refine and identify the most suitable talent from available candidates.
  • Plan and conduct interview procedures, including screenings, assessments, and in-person interviews where feasible.
  • Evaluate candidates' credentials, such as CVs, portfolios, and references.
  • Organize and participate in job fairs and recruitment events to cultivate a robust candidate
pipeline.
  • Maintain meticulous records of recruitment materials and interview notes for key stakeholders' reference.
  • Monitor hiring budgets and negotiate contracts.
  • Complete the employee file with required documents and prepare all formalities.
  • Own the organization structure changing process in all the group.
Employee Engagement :
  • Develop, execute, and oversee employee engagement programs aligned with the company's values and objectives.
  • Establish and manage communication channels for the efficient distribution of engagement activities and company updates.
  • Conduct regular assessments and surveys to gauge employee satisfaction and identify areas for enhancement.
  • Collaborate with HR, management, and department heads to formulate action plans for improving the employee experience.
Group HR Corporate Communication :
  • Develop and oversee the content calendar for HR communications, ensuring alignment with HR events and initiatives.
  • Create compelling Group HR-related content for various communication channels, including emails, intranet, social media, and other internal platforms.
  • Ensure consistent and coherent messaging regarding organizational changes, talent development, and HR-related announcements.
HR Projects :
  • Spearhead the HRMS project from inception to delivery.
  • Actively participate in Job grading & salary bench-marking Projects
  • Initiate a Succession Planning project in-house with necessary support from Management & HR head.
  • Foster a LinkedIn partnership & employer branding initiative.
Job Type: Full-time Pay: BD1,100.000 - BD1,200.000 per month Application Question(s):
