- Actively promoting our food and beverage offerings to maximize sales.
- Managing reservations, and coordinating with various departments to ensure smooth operations.
- Enhancing our guests' satisfaction and loyalty by providing personalized service and anticipating their needs.
- Managing guest database.

Qualifications
- Strong Interpersonal & Communication skills
- Strong understanding of the food and beverage industry, including current trends and customer preferences
- Previous experience in a similar position within the hospitality industry
