  • Actively promoting our food and beverage offerings to maximize sales.
  • Managing reservations, and coordinating with various departments to ensure smooth operations.
  • Enhancing our guests' satisfaction and loyalty by providing personalized service and anticipating their needs.
  • Managing guest database.
  • Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
  • Strong Interpersonal & Communication skills
  • Strong understanding of the food and beverage industry, including current trends and customer preferences
  • Previous experience in a similar position within the hospitality industry
