NSA Bahrain Operations Specialist

Under direct supervision, performs routine assignments as an entry level professional. Develops core job competencies with existing procedures by solving standard problems. Typically requires an undergraduate degree or equivalent work experience in lieu of degree.

Additional Skills Requirement:

• Must be fluent in written and spoken English.
• Must have 5+ years overseas deployment experience on a contingency environment assignment.
• Minimum two years previous Operations Specialist experience or equivalent
• Must possess a valid home nation driver’s license.
• Requires working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Visio, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel, and Access)
• Must have the ability to take detailed notes during the Sync Meetings with KBR and the U.S. Navy and create meeting minutes for submission to the USG.
• Supports Manager to fulfill contractual reporting requirements to the United States Government in accordance with contract.
• Service Order / Customer Service experience and use of Maximo system preferred.
• Self-Starter with the skill to build complex reports for Project Management
• Familiar with SharePoint system
• Must possess passport book (not passport card) with at least 12 months of remaining validity AND with at least 4 blank visa/stamp pages remaining.
• Must possess valid driver’s license.
